DIRECTOR of BANDS
After 25 years as a computer consultant and business owner, Mr. Frazier returned to his first love, teaching music, and earned his Bachelor of Music Education degree from Loyola University New Orleans. He has served as brass clinician, adjudicator for LMEA honor band auditions, and on staff for bands in the New Orleans area. In the late 80’s, he won a DCI World Championship title with the world-famous Concord Blue Devils Drum & Bugle Corps. Now in his second year as Rummel's Director of Bands, he looks forward to further building the band program and continuing the Raider Band Tradition of Excellence.

She is honored to lead the Chapellettes into another great season.
